Lunaria Financial is the name Luna Jaffe uses to better describe her vision for client service and wealth management. Luna Jaffe is licensed to offer securities and investment advisory services through KMS Financial Services, Inc.
Customer Service Policies
We use USPS flat-rate priority mail, or USPS media mail to ship books.
Books ordered from lunajaffe.com usually ship within 1-3 businesses days.
International shipping has gotten quite pricey here in the States as of late, and we charge the current rate to ship the book(s) internationally.
There are generally no discounts on shipping, with the exception of ordering the pair of books together. Ordering both the Wild Money book + Journal brings along a $6 shipping discount which makes it free shipping in the United States, and discounted international shipping.
Generally speaking there are no returns on books you purchase from lunajaffe.com.
If, due to extraordinary circumstances, you would like to return your unused, like-new book(s), please contact info@lunajaffe.com with the particulars. A “full-refund” for shipped merchandise is the original price paid less shipping fees. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to Luna Jaffe International.
Every care is taken to ensure we are accurately representing the products available for purchase on lunajaffe.com, and to eliminate or minimize any unexpected surprises you may encounter while placing an order.
If you need or want to cancel your order, just get in touch with info@lunajaffe.com and please refer to the ORDER ID Number as seen in the automatic email receipt you should have received after placing your order. If we haven’t shipped your books yet, we will refund your full order amount including shipping costs.
If your order has shipped and you would still like to return your book(s) (but really, they’re beautiful and once you start working through the Wild Money Process you will be so glad with your purchase!), mail them back to us: 7837 SW Capitol Hwy, Portland OR 97219 and we will refund the purchase price of the book(s). Please see the Refunds and Returns section of this FAQ for more details.
